I stayed in KL with a lovely chinese woman in Petalin Jaya, this is bit out of central KL but very relaxed beautiful safe living area conviniently close to a huge shopping mall called Synway Pyramid and close to the mechanic-area as well.
She is renting out private rooms short- and long-term. Parking safe and dry.
