Biker friendly hostel in Colombia
Hi guys
After 8 month of riding from Chile all the way up to Oregon and across to Miami, I'm now back in Cali, Colombia with my bike and Colombian girlfriend Diana and we're expecting a baby in December. Today 1st of August 2008 we start a super nice hostel in the nice part of Cali. If any of you guys head this way its cheap, quiet and safe and we'll help you in any way we can. We have airport pick-up and since I have flown my bike in and out of Cali, we can help with all the legal matters of arriving or leaving Colombia. This place is awesome. As my beer tab suggested, I found it hard to leave....you will be hard pressed to find nicer, more helpful folks and a safe place to store your bike taboot! Mike helped me get some spacers made up to stiffen my sagging KLR front springs and is a wealth of info in terms of rides, parts, places e.t.c.

Mike and Diana have moved up in the world: Motolombia Motorcycle Tours and Rentals in Colombia and South America. The hostel is still in operation in a new location: Casablanca Hostel. I'm not sure whether the original owners are still involved.
