A good place to stay if you cross the border between Mexico and Berlize at Chetumal is Cabanas Yax-Ha. This is a lovely camp ground that also has Cabanas. Most of the 4X4 vehicles stay here. It is a really top spot, has a pool and is on the waters edge. Good restaurant and cold beer.
