secure area for the bike at night,
pretty much center of town,
lots of shops and restaurants in the area,
my room was a bit dated, but very soviet looking, loved it, balcony, bathtub, plenty of hot water, it was a double room, but charged me as a single 800som, elevator, wifi in room

oh and it has a pool, proper sized.....

see here in booking.com a friend told me about it, i stayed there mid july 2014, the price was amazing for what it offers...
