Just want to share with you the very biker friendly safe house of my friend Talant Azemov. He has a guest house and travel agency on the outskirts of bishkek and can help with almost anything.
He also has multiple 4x4s and can assist with problems throughout the country. He and his familiy members are fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian and German. English is also well spoken.
