Accomodation in Colombia
 

Having just spent a month riding round Colombia can I pass on the following ecellent places to stop:

1. Medallin. "Casa Kiwi", Poblado district. Cra36 - C7. They give 20% off to people on motos. Secure parking for about 5 touring motos.

2. Cartageña. "Villa Colonial" Gestemanie district. C de las Maravillas 30-60. Internal parking for maybe 2 touring motos. Very freindly and helpful owners, best value accom. in Colombia so far.

3. Honda. "El Popa" not so much for the hotel, which is good with lots of secure parking, but for the view at night from the bridge of the fishermen throw net fishing the sides of the rapids and then walking down to the food places along the river and eating a catfish whilst watching the rest of its family getting caught.
