An Argentine reciprocity fee question...
 

...I know there is a sticky for this but I didnt see this particular question answered:

I have a friend who paid the fee in 2009. She is flying to Buenos Aires on Tuesday the 15th of April. Will the stamps in her passport from the previous entry be enough to let her in with no problems or are there other procedures/paperwork she will need?

Im down in Argentina now and only paid my fee in January of 2014. I downloaded the receipt with the barcode which has been all I have needed to enter and re-enter, but I am not sure if that is an option for her.

Did the reciprocity fee start that early?

Regardless, different nationalities have different validity periods. Australia has only 12 months FROM THE DATE YOU PAID THE FEE rather than from date of first entry which is very miserable of them.

There was a fee at international airports (namely Ezeiza in Buenos Aires) since before 2000 I think.

This is by no means definitive, but I believe the stamps in her passport should cover her. From http://cnyor.mrecic.gov.ar/node/5458:
