Any word on earthquake in chile?
 

I am heading to pantagonia in 4 days... any word on if the earthquake damage made it over the andes?

I´d been there at the moment of the earthquake and some days after (Osorno) and everything was fine (exept some fuel limitations, not a subject any more) in Osorno and down south as well. Go safely!

I'm planning to hit Santiago in a few days from now then head South, what's the damage from this quake? Very few news articles about it

I am in Santiago now, been here for one month. Didn't feel anything. Talked with a girlfriend today, she didn't feel anything as well. Have friends in Concepción, he got woken up during a nap. Nothing more!
I felt one two weeks ago (first timer) - the chair shaked for 3 seconds, not a nice feeling when u are a Scandinavian not used to it!
Going down to Concepción again this week to get my frame welded on the VFR...

Not much damage apparently!
 

Hey im in Puerto varas and felt the tremor, i spoke with a local guy later and he said it was 7.1 on the rictor scale and near temuco. He said that reports were just of people panicking. thankfully it has not caused to much damage to buildings unlike the one early last year near concepcion.
