Anyone heading north stuck with Peru flooding???
Hi. I am from Colombia. I am now in Peru trying to get to Ecuador and finally get to Colombia but I has not been possible because of the flooding.
With me there are other three bikes from Colombia too that are in the same situation. We are now in Barranca which is 200 km north of Lima. I wonder if there are more riders around Lima trying to get north? We came up with an idea of maybe rent an airplane to fly us to Tumbes and from there continue to Ecuador. It is just and idea that my need to wait until tomorrow that we get back to Lima and ask for that possibility, but if there is someone interested it would be cheaper if we gather more people. My WhatsApp is +57 3128415699. My name is Nicolás. Let my know either if you are interested or have another idea on how to get to Colombia. |
Yes, three bikes stuck in Huacho
Rode yesterday, the 18th to Huarmey where the road was washed out. https://photos.smugmug.com/Motorcycl...DSCN2615-L.jpg

Nicolas, there is an option trough the jungle, from Lima, Huanuco, Tarapoto, Jaén and cross the border to Ecuador in San Ignacio.
Few days ago a customer came to Lima using this route. Regards. |

Can anyone give any updates on this situation? I need to head back to Colombia from Huaraz. I would like to head to the coast and take the 1n. Is it possible yet?
