Bike Storage, Argentina - Hassles?
My travelling friend has family near 25 de Mayo who have offered to store our bikes for us here.
If anyone has any detailed information about how this could work, legally, I´m all ears. When you enter Argentina, you are handed a temporary title from the customs, but it is only good for about 90 days. We plan to store the bikes for more than a year. So, we need information about retaining another document on our return trip. Thanks. ------------------ Combat_Tourer |

I'm in Curico, 200 km south of Santiago, Chile.
If someone new to storage the bike I offer my house. I have not special facilities to storage, but with a good cover I think is enought. Absolutely free. ------------------ patrick |
Sorry for the previous message, I'm not Patrick.
He and Belinda visited me and used my computer to post, and his nick and password was stored in my computer. Anyway the offer is true. ------------------ Ya verás como quieren en Chile al amigo cuando es forastero (traditional song) Jose Pedro Espinosa Curico, Chile [This message has been edited by DiasDePlaya (edited 20 February 2003).] |
