Bolivia-10 days recommendations please

I possibly have the opportunity to go to Bolivia and want to do a mini overland trip.
I will have 10 days, any recommendations?
Thanks
Stan

Ruta 25 Cochabamba to Corioco.

Nice road.

Uyuni to Potosi to Sucre is nice and paved too. The highway from Cochabamba to Santa Cruz is pretty cool, La Paz to Volcan Sajama as well. The most interesting roads I took in terms of scenery and being "out there" were the altiplano ones that were dirt and sand, PM me if you want info on them. My favourite route was the Chiquitos route, a loop beginning in Santa Cruz city.

Starting where?

Where will you be starting from and where will you be ending? La Paz? Will you have a motorcycle at your disposal, a car or are you taking a bus?

Assuming starting in La Paz, I would not recommend tearing up the road to Uyuni and/or Sucre. It would mean too much road time. Where ever you start, focus your trip in that pat of Bolivia. If stating in La Paz, go to Lake Titicaca, visit the Death Road (more of a tourist event) and take a ride to Cochabamba if you have time. You'll use up a day or two in La Paz, so basically 10 day will disappear before you need to wash your socks...

Nice road.

Agree todaly, If you Start in la paz go on Route 3 to Coroicon and further to puente Villa on Route 40. Then you can decide to go back to la paz over the "death road" or you head on Route 25 to cochabamba. You will Love it.

We spent three months in Bolivia a few years back and loved it. You might get some ideas from reading the entries in our blog (reeceandcharlotte.blogspot.com)

Definitely see the salt flats and south west of Bolivia - but its all amazing
