Bolivia- Fuel, Mercosur and Yellow Fever questions

Greetings, I am about a month or so away from Bolivia and have a few questions.

Fuel/ Diesel- I understand the locals/ foreigner pricing and why some stations won't sell to foreigners. But I am hearing recent travelers are having difficulty getting fuel. Is this the same old story or is it more difficult now? I was there in 2018 on a moto and had no real problems finding a station to sell fuel. This time I am in a 4x4 van. Anyone have recent experience with acquiring diesel fuel in Bolivia?

Mercosur insurance- Any suggestions for a source selling Mercosur for multiple countries in SA?

Yellow Fever vaccination- I received the vaccine in November 2018 to get Bolivian visa. I assume it's still a requirement and not sure how long the vax is good for. Any thoughts on whether I'm still vaccinated?

Yes, I know I could actually google these questions but you lot are more fun. Thanks...

Fuel continues to be hit and miss - however I've heard no stories of someone running out completely.

Sorry no suggestions re insurance - we used a company which no longer does vehicle insurance. Google seguro por vehiculos en MERCOSUR Argentina and i think you'll find options.

The YF vaccination now gives lifetime protection.
