buying a bike in bolivia
 

I will be in la paz on February 1st, shortly after I will be going to sucre.
I hope to buy a bike for my journey in either of these locations.
does anyone here have a bike their trying to unload?
if not, anyone with experience buying in these locations, if so did you have trouble registering the bike?
one other option ive thought about is long term rental, do you think this makes economic sense?
