Crossing from Argentina to Brasil at Iguazu Falls
 

After getting our visa for Brazil, we will be crossing the border with our vehicle and would like to find out the physical layout of the Argentinian Immigration and Customs relative to the Customs and immigration of Brazil.

Are they both in one building, in adjacent buildings or on each side of the border, or what.


The other bit of info that would be useful is due to reported changes in how vehicles are processed on the way into Brazil - how the vehicle is handled by Brazilian aduana. Do they check papers or the vehicle. Do they issue a separate TIP, is the vehicle details entered into a computer or on your passport or ???

Any info from those who have crossed in their own vehicle (not in a bus or taxi) would be appreciated.
