Crossing border a selling moto in Chile problems
Hi Guys!
I have been traveling in South America for several years and now returning to Chile to sell a Kawasaki KLR 650. 1. I have not paid any vehicle (trasport) tax. I don't know how to do it remotely and where to find information about the amount I have to pay. Will I have to pay it when I cross the border? Or is it not related to customs? 2. When leaving Chile, customs often require a notarized paper that the owner agrees to return vehicle within 180 days. I have spent much more time in other countries, but I did not sign such a paper when leaving Chile. I was released without it. Do you think there will be a problem with that when I return? 3. Does anyone want a 2012 Kawasaki KLR 650? With 3 cases, a set of tools and parts needed? Thanks! |
