Ecuador Motorcycle Ride Partner Wanted
 

I'm seeking a ride partner for a fly & rent trip in Ecuador. I'm a senior, healthy, active, lifelong rider and a very experienced traveler who mostly travels with my long time wife-but she's a non-rider. Retired educator, and much more...

I have interest in a self-tour only, not guided for economy and personal preference. Areas I want to visit are Quito a couple days for acclimation, highlands/Andes and Amazon basin only, no Pacific coast interest. length of trip desired is ~ 12-14 days total. I prefer dirt and back roads travel along with some paved routes if they are what works for the area.

www.Ecuadorfreedom.com has a VG website showing routes they have pre-loaded into a GPS with decent, yet reasonable lodging. Dates I might be able to go are December 2018, March 2019, or ???

I also have interest in a similar fly & ride trip to Colombia and could be persuaded either direction but not both the same trip.

Highly recommend Freedom......did self guided trip Febr 2017....9 days included the andes/coast/amazon.....GPS guide spot on all lodging taken care off.......planned rest days which resulted in me following in love with the small beach town of Canoa and I returned in December for 3 months with a bike from Peru......returning to Canoa Dec 3rd 2019 for 4 months with a rental bike from Montanita Ecuador.........if near Canoa drop into the Sundown Beach Resort just down the beach from the Canoa hotel where you will be booked if on that Tour.:scooter:

I am very much fixed on this trip and at this moment it looks like the first three weeks of Jan./2019 will work for me. I will only do a self tour and am a lifetime MC rider, senior guy who has been around the block. Lets talk if you are interested in partnering up? Mike
