Have you been in Ayo or Huambo, Peru ?
 

I've seen in maps and pictures that there is a track between Ayo and Huambo, both sides of Colca Canyon, downstreem from Chivay. I hope there is a suspension bridge over the river close to Canco.

My question is if that horse-track is rideable. I'm going to Cotahuasi Canyon and would like to do a short-cut to Cabanaconde-Chivay area.

and crossed southern Bolivia ?
 

I would like to cross from southwest Bolivia, Lagunas Colorada/Verde zone into Tupiza/Tarija zone, without going north up to Uyuni. In other words, Is Cordillera de Lipez (south of the salar) rideable ?
