Ipiales border(Colombia/Ecuador)
 

Has anyone crossed the border hasslefree since the Ecuador state of emergency expired as of April 8? I had to park my motorcycle at the long-term parking(Ipiales) in Jan 2024 due to the Ecuador state of emergency as Ecuadorian side was asking for documents that would've taken way too much of my time.

my last information is that the state of emergency is prolonged for another 3 month.
you get now a 10 days transit visa or contact hans of finca sommerwind who can put you on a list for a 90 days stay.

Has the Ecuador state of emergency issues expired?

According to their website you still need the Certificado de Antecedentes Penales, although as noted in my reply to your other post, and as noted by #manzini you can get a transit permit or can seek assistance from Finca Sommerwind.
