hi can anyone recommend a GOOD mechanic in La Paz Bolivia please? preferably who knows Hondas and if speaks English all the better ..thanks

go to the swiss VW workshop of Ernst Hug (Av Jaime Freyre 2326)
Although a car garage he might be able to help depending on the problem. If not for sure he will know a good reliable mechanic
