Road to Sucre
 

I finished a trip through Bolivia in January. Traveling north from Argentina to La Paz. Sucre to Potosi to Oruro to La Paz is all paved. No problems. Best stops along the way is Oruro and Potosi. But Sucre is the best in my opinon and worth several days if you have the time.
