anybody leaving cartagena by boat please pay very close attention on how custom is handling el permiso temporal paper.
i've to leave my bike in colombia and return late octubre.i didn't have any luck to solve the problem beforehand with dian.
what is important to me is do they check the computer if the paper is in order or simply take the paper and adios,like in peru and ecuador.
