Mobile recommendations
 

Hi, Has anyone got a recommendation for the best way to get mobile service in S. America. Is it a Global SIM (and if yes, any suggestions would be good) roaming on your home mobile, or buying local SIMs ? And if the latter how easy is this to achieve.

Ideally I'd also like to get some sort of mobile data but not at stupid prices.
