Motorcycle insurance in Bogota?
 

Anyone can tell me where I can buy this around the airport in Bogota, while I am waiting on getting our motorcycles from Girag ( They are sofar 3 days late with shipping as promised for all kind of non existing reasons, bummer)

Is the insurance mandatory?

It may be technically mandatory but in several weeks there I was never asked to produce it.

I did not purchase any.

Yes, it is mandatory.

No, you may no be asked for it.

But if you had an accident you would wish you had it.

It is cheap and obtainable.

Thanks a lot, will see them tomorrow, actually I got my bike out today on a Colombian holiday, there was only us one guy by girag and 2 people sittin doing nothing by the DIAN, all together less as an hour and we drove of the premises to town
