Need a shop and mechanic in Chile
 

My rear rim developed a nasty crack about 300 miles south of Santiago. Can anyone recommend a good mechanic or shop in Santiago, Concepcion, Tecuma or Puerto Montt area? The rim is 2.75 inch X 17 inch, 40 spoke just like a KLR. Does anyone know where I might find one of these rims in South America?

how Grant likes to write "search and ye will find". So I'd recommend to use the search engine or have a look directly at the forum "Repair shops around the world" almost at the bottom of the forums list.
There are several workshop recommendations for Chile.
