Need help for selling bike in Colombia
 

Hello, I have bought a bajaj pulsar 6 weeks ago in Bogota, with Colombian plate etc. Thus it took a lot of time I have only a copy of the licencia de transisto. The original will hopefully be send to me with a letter.
Right now I am in medellin.
Can I sell a bike from Bogota in medellin?
And how important is the original licencia de transisto? Can I sell without it?
And where do I have to go with the potential buyer?
Thus I speak only little Spanish I desperately need your help!
