Pillion Required to Viedma Meetup
Hi All,
I recently found out that I won't be able to access my bike until the 12th December even though I am arriving in Buenos Aires on the 1st December :( I was wondering if anyone out there would consider pillioning me from BA to Viedma for the meet up? I can offer you fame and fortune of being profiled on my blog which is read by all of at least 10 of my friends and 2 members of my family (www.argentina2alaska.co.uk). I can always take the bus back. I could even take the bus to the meet up but as I am slightly nervous about initially biking in SA it would be great to get some on the road experience as a pillion before I head off on my own adventure. Cheers, Annette |
I can be your backup option
Hi Annete,
Make it 10 friends, 2 family, and numerous lurkers reading ur website of which I am one of them. Quick background, I am in Guatemala atm, and planning still to make the meet in Argentina, still dont know if I am going to make it. My bike and current setup allows for just me to ride it, BUT if you cant find anyone else to pillion you, I will do my best to drop my backpack in Viedma and come get you, no probs at all. So if you still aint got anybody in a month time, drop me a line through my website , www.paul-r.info where I have 2 family and 2 friends reading it, and we will see how feasible it is Right enough rambling Ride safe Paul |
Actually I lied
I only have 6 friends reading my website and two of them are people that sit on each side of me at work and I keep on setting their PC to my site so that they have to read it.
The other 4 are your 2 friends and 2 family that have linked to my site through your website. Thanks for the back up offer! Annette |
Let me know if you need anything while in BA. Don't have a bike here or I'd give you a ride happily. I'm on a temporarily delayed ride now. See gpadventure.com My bike is parked in LA, and I expect to be here in Argentina for another 2-3 months.

bus ride?
Thanks for the offer. Well you never know - might end up sharing the bus down. Went out shopping today and bought a new light weight tent. I am looking forward to using in the sunshine of Argentina when I get there.
See you soon, Annette |
Regular reader here! Your website is bookmarked on my home PC, office PC and both laptops. Keep up the good work and great words.
Kind regards Nigel in NZ |
Hey Cool
I will tell my grandmother who lives in the Bay of Islands (where I am from) that someone in NZ has found my website and reads it. She will be stoked.
Thanks! Annette |
