Protests inColumbia
 

I just had an E-mail from friends who say they have been stuck betweenPasto and Popayan for six days as a result of the Coffeteros protests. This is also being reported in the press. I am about to cross North into Equador then into Columbia.
Can anyone else add to these reports?

I am in Medellin right now and plan to head towards Popayan in the next few days. Ill let you know what I see.

We are crossing into Columbia this weekend probably, be good to know if anyone out there has info

Roads are protest free but no gasoline outside of Pasto,popayan,Cali so fill up in the towns
