Reliable custom agent Valaparaiso?
 

Hi, next month we are shipping bikes in container from Europe to Chile. Can anybody recommend good custom agency there? We are in touch with one agency but it looks they are trying to change the rules during the game...

We just arrived in Chile a couple of days ago.
We are originally from Germany but shipped our bikes from New Zealand to Valparaiso.
We used Martina from Villa Kunterbunt (villa kunterbunt valparaiso chile) Email: villakunterbuntvalpo@yahoo.de
She speaks German, English and Spanish. She and her husband Enzo are running a Guesthouse in Valparaiso, too.
We are staying here at the moment and they managed the import of our bikes with no problems.
