It is a good start.
But there is a lot more than is shown on the map
A road outbof juliaca was blocked for two weeks. And not on the map.

One morning the mapped showed free road camana_ Lima
Some hours later there were three blocks in Ica. And five on the highway out of Ica.

So use it as base butnwith common sence.

It does not include alll blocks.
And things change very fast



Yes, I was there when 18 persons were killed at the airport.
And the ciffins passed my hotel next day
