Santiago sale and return?
 

I will be in Santiago de Chile towards the end of January looking for a bike to tour two up in Chile/Argentina/Bolivia for three months. The information on HUBB about buying bikes in Santiago is very comprehensive, so I'm not worried about that bit, but what to do with the bike at the end of my three months?

Are there any dealers in Santiago who would sell me a used bike like a Vstrom 650 and buy it back again after 3 months? Obviously they might take a big cut for doing this, but renting a bike for three months costs as much as the bike.

Any help and knowledge much appreciated.

Hi, towards the end of January, early February I will be looking to sell my 07 DL650, maybe pm me and we can talk about it, it can if need be, be left in a state of touring mode with gear.
