shipping from Buenous Aires to England
 

Hi all,
well my trip is going good i am now in mendoza, having a bit of a break. I am wondering if anybody knows of good shipping companies or information from people about costs and advice....ect, from Buenous Aires to England (any port) would be greatly appreciated! Its quite strange actually i am an Australian with a Californian registered bike (in my name and address in Australia) and heading to England to work for 1-2yrs, it should be fun!!!!! Anyway i had no problems at the borders (in regards to paperwork)for the total trip through centeral and south america.its quite sad now as my trip feels like it is comming to an end,it has been a fun trip from Los angeles, but i know i will be back in 2-3 yrs, so something to plan for. Popular option seems to be with Hamburg Sud from B.A to Hamburg. I know it's not England but l myself am English and it seemed to be the only option for me to ship my scooter back to Europe after doing Alaska-Tierra del Fuego last year. The price is cheap and reliable. My scoot is currently in Hamburg so it made it. It was only 280 Euro`s for the bike. It'll be slightly more for ur's l guess cos it's measured on cubic metres. More info on this route is also available in shipments by travellers on this very site. It will also not be an effort for you to ride from Hamburg to London. Around 6 hours if you burn it.
