Shoei x2 visor screw replace/rig?
 

Hey all I broke one of the visor screws on my x2 and wanted to see if anyone had a replacement ideas or rig plan other then lots of glue. There's no shoei dealer till Peru.Attachment 16639Attachment 16640Attachment 16641

find one of the guys that whittle souvenirs that you see in the tourist traps ... get him to whittle you a couple out of hardwood.

I'd have thought a decent 24hr set (not the 5 min stuff) epoxy resin glue would have fixed that. You'll need to separate the bits and rough up the faces to get it to key but it should be strong enough.
