Short-term Storage In Bolivia
 

Looking to park my bike somewhere in Bolivia for a couple of weeks while I return home to visit friends and family. I wanted to know if anyone can tell me how long a Bolivian TIP lasts and whether anyone has been able to leave the country on an open TIP without a vehicle (do they use computers?) as well as leave the country with a TIP that does not necessarily match the entry date of the individual.

at the border you should get up to 180 days on your TIP, but this depends on the custom offical you meet, as some only give you 30 days or 90 days.



leaving the country without the vehicle should not be a problem.



leaving the country with the vehicle and a valid TIP, but you having a different entry date stamp in your passport, should not be a problem.
