Transfering ownership of Peruvian-plated motocycle?
 

Hello everyone,

I was wondering something, I've been offered a couple of good deals from other over-landers who are selling their motos which they bought in Peru. The sale would take place either in Chile with a Notoria or in Argentina, again using the usual methods.

My question is this: someone mentioned that you can not return with the bike into Peru unless it is your actual name listed on the documentation. I wanted to double-check this with anyone whose experienced in buying a Peruvian plated bike elsewhere in SA.

Any info would be great!
