very "iffy" stop sign on Ruta 19, Argentina
 

Hi,
There is a stop sign that's ignored by most people on ruta 19 just outside sanfrancisco. And just 100 metres down the road is a semi permanent traffic stop where they watch the stop sign from. They seem to pull in about 1 in 10 (when they are not busy writing tickets).

Watch for it!

The stop signal is not used properly.
It's used something like " decrease your speed, if no one is coming,keep on moving"
