Doctors declaration?
 
Hi,
In a couple of weeks we will be leaving for an overland trip through Africa in our landrover.
We have most everything sorted except a doctors declaration for the medicine, needles and syringes. Due to holidays I can't ask my own doctor for one.
Does anyone have a copy of such a declaration that I can copy. A link to an online declaration is also welcome.

Have a look in the pack there might be a document that you need. I think the kits you get from MASTA come with the document included.

Buy a 'Tropenzorg' kit at any outdoor store in the NL, it comes with the document you need. It´ll be € 15 well spent...
