Fever because of vaccins?
 

Hello, last wednesday I got several vaccins (DTP, yellow fever, hep a + b, meningokokken, tyfus,...), 5 days later (the day before yesterday) I began to make fever(38,5 C) without any other complaints. Today, 2 days later I feel better, but not cured.

Is it possible that this short sickness is due the vaccinations that I got past week?

Anyone experience with this situation? Isn't 5 days after the vaccinations a long period to have a fever?

Yes, it's entirely possible. Some of those are live vaccines. I, personally, felt like crap a couple of days after my yellow fever.

In the mean while I went to the doctor for more vaccinations and he assured me it was because of the vaccins, and more particulary because of the cocktail of 7 injections. Stil 2 to go (rabies) and then I'm ready.
