Hello,

I'm planning a trip to Greece which includes travelling back through some of the former Yugoslavian countries.
Not finalised yet but Bosnia & H, Albania, N. Macedonia, Serbia are all possibilities.

My concern is that medically I need to test my blood coagulation which is no problem, then email the results to the UK to receive an email to tell me the appropriate dose to take.

The problem is, I'm told by my phone provider that data outside the EU is extremely restricted and might, MIGHT mind you, be enough to send and receive one email. I'd like something more reliable than that.

Does anyone know different or have any experience of internet provision in this area.
