I bought 20 pills of mefloquine through my health insurance and it turns out they have a very short shelf life so it's no good to me. I talked to my pharmacist and he said that the expiry date is good up until the end of the month indicated so I have 4 pills which expire at the end of July and 16 for the end of October.

It's up to you to talk to your doctor about whether or not it's safe for you to take it. Also, I don't have the pamphlet that came with the pills anymore so you'll need instructions.
