4x4 tyres in Ethiopia

Dear All,

I'm trying to discover if it is possible to buy decent 4x4 tyres in Ethiopia. My initial responses have been negative, but I thought I'd double check a wider audience.

Anybody have any info.

I met here a guy who had just bought a set of BFG, so this could be a good starting point.
