Camping and Banks in Rwanda
 

Here are some quick notes from my trip through there April of this year.

Camping- the places are few and far between. In Kigali you can camp at One Love, coords: S1 56.904 E30 04.501. In the North at Gisenyi you can camp at Paradis Malahide resort (beautiful location!!) at coords: S1 44.028 E29 16.391

Banks are tough, though in Kigali The Union Trade Centre at coords: S1 56.670 E30 03.677 had a machine that worked for me (visa card). Ruhengeru is geared more towards tourists (jump off for gorilla trail), so you *might* have luck there as well. But be safe and bring cash.
