Cape Town to Dubai
 

Dear everybody

i wouls like to share with you our recent trip from South Africa to United Arab Emirates.

we shipped our motorcycles to cape town in August 2015, on 27th Sep 2015
we fly to cape town to start the trip and our route was
South Africa, Bostwana, Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan, KSA and UAE.

in general we loved Africa and the perople, its mix of advanture and excetments.

boarders crossing in some countries took us more than 4 hours, but we always look into it from positive side and enjoy our stay by talkingf to perople and head thier advices.

nice trip.I would like to know how did you send the bikes from Dubai to Cape Town.By container?And much you paid for it?Where did you take the ferry in Sudan?I read many times that you cannot drive a motobike in Saudi Arabia.How it works?

Sorry for the late reply
we shipped 5 Bikes in a Container and it cost around 5000$
in sudan we get the ferry from Port Sudan and as we are GCC nationals we can enter KSA with our motorbikes without a visa.
i wish i clear your below points

In some german forums i have read that Motorbikers had problems to get the visa.
