carnet needed for Djibouti?
 

ANyone out there who has recently (or at all) entered Djib without using a carnet - or just know if you can, for sure? Buying a TIP on the border? I plan on shipping my car out of Djib early May, with Carnet expiring 1 May. Entering on a TIP will save a lot of potential stress!!
