Crossing the Ruvuma River on the border of Mozam-TZ

Has anyone attempted to cross the Ruvuma River recently? Or heard news of the availability of ferries at this crossing?

no drama 3 years ago ... I put my bike in a dhow, but there was also a car ferry running at high tide
