Dar es Salaam. Tyres needed
 

Can anyone recommend place to get new tyres for Honda CRF L. Size is 120/80-18. IRC Trial GP-22R or similar.

This might not be much help.
Just north of Dar is the village of Bagamoyo, I was there Dec 26, 2015, and met the owner of the Poa Poa Restaruant, everyone know the place and him. Anyway, he rides a Ducati and knows how to get tires, expensive. He travels abroad often, goes to the USA sometimes and understands the parts/tire issues. It might be worth the ride up there.

We had no luck in Dar es Salaam. Off to Zanzibar for a few days and then north to Kenya. Coincidence we pass through Bagamoyo. Will check it out. Will also try Nairobi and Mombassa. Thanks.
