DRC ATM, Internet access
I forget the name, but a bank with a red sign seems to have ATMs that work, accept international visa and MC, and dispense USD in $100 bills. I found banks in Kinshasa (on the main road in from Matadi) and in Mbanga Ngungu on the main road, just up the hill from the old railroad station.
Kinshasa has a good number of Internet cafes, but Nbanga Ngungu has a very good one on the main road, just as it starts heading down the hill (going towards Kinshasa). It's a nice university town and has a bit more relaxed/cosmopolitan (for a DRC town) feel than either Kimpese or Kasangulu- the big next big towns in either direction.
