Egyptian visa in Kampala
 

After waiting for over 2 hours yesterday , I was told that the consulate does not issue Visa's for anybody other than Ugandans or those individuals having residency in Uganda. I looks like I will have to apply in SA for the visa.

As far as I know you can get a visa at the egyptian border, it was 15 usd december last year.
