Ethiopia visa obtained in Tanzania?

Anybody know if it is possible to get Ethiopia visa in Tanzania as it is impossible to obtain the visa in Kenya.

There's an ongoing thread about this suggesting that you either get the visa in Harrare (!) or FedEx passports to your home country....or that this might all change at any moment.
