Does anyone have information on the cost of the ferry from Cabinda to Soyo (2 people/2 bicycles) and what days it runs?

Or alternatively does anyone have information about boat/ferry services between Pointe Noire and Soyo?

I see someone mentioned the Panalpina service between Pointe Noire and Soyo in a 2005 thread and am wondering if this still exists. I've tried emailing them but no reply yet.

Any info on costs and schedules would be much appreciated.
