from nigeria to east africa??
 

Hi there
I am planning a trip from Nigeria to East Africa via Cameroon, CAR, CDR, Uganda. Departure Nov 2002 . I shall be happy if anyone can help me with fresh information on the followings:

1) Is the route Bangui, Kisangani, Uganda border feasible?
2) Is it true that an entry visa can be obtained at the border of the rebels controlled area in CDR?
3) Do I need a carnet for Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania?
